Who I am

Research by Robin is a sole trader service design practice run by Nicola Harrington, based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach me at hello@researchbyrobin.co.uk.

What information I collect

When you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. I do not use contact forms, lead capture tools, or third-party CRM systems that store your data on my behalf.

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. I do not collect any data about how you use this site.

How I use your information

I use the information you send me only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out agreed work together. I will never sell, share, or pass your information to third parties without your explicit consent.

I will not add you to any mailing list or contact you for marketing purposes without asking first.

AI and your data

I use AI tools carefully and rarely. The personal information you share with me — and especially any information relating to the people your services support — is never entered into AI tools or language models. Full stop.

How long I keep your data

I keep email correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver agreed work or respond to follow-up enquiries. If at any point you would like me to delete your information, just ask and I will do so promptly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

To exercise any of these rights, email me at hello@researchbyrobin.co.uk.

Changes to this policy

If I make any significant changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. This site does not send email notifications of updates.
